Transportation-damages
If transportation-damages appear despite our special-package, please these necessarily through the package-delivery person has picked up. It then can immediately be put forward substitute-delivery-claims with us.
Guarantee
On unambiguous material-mistakes, we grant you in the name of the manufacturer's two years of guarantee. Please establish contact with us, before you start a guarantee-contribution, maybe our technical department can help you to investigate a service-mistake.
Time of delivery
Normally, the time of delivery amounts to 2-3 working days. If an article can become deliver period of one week innert, so we immediately inform. You/they can then resign from the purchase alternatively or can wait for the delivery of the promised period.
Payment
If you order against advance-bill, the subsequent delivery comes postage paid after payment-receipt.
Existing customers can order also on bill (immediately payable).
The delivered ware remains in the property until the complete payment from PrivatMarkt.ch Verlags AG. (in accordance with OR).
All our prices are stated in CHF and understand each other incl. V.A.T.
Exchange / retraction
We grant innert a full return-right 7 days, provided the ware reaches us in unscathed original-package and freely from use-tracks.
Liability / product-liability
We don't take over any liability of all type on the products delivered by us. This especially refers to accidents and damages, even if can be proved, that these were caused by material-mistakes.
Jurisdiction
Should originate contrary to all expectation at a business of differences not to be clarified, is valid as jurisdiction 9434 Au (SG).
